My LBS sadly reports another delay on the arrival of said seatposts: currently due in during February.
Anyone else also waiting?
Yep. Since November. 🙁
Same here - my LBS originally advised end of December (as did Giant UK), now beginning of Feb.
I ordered beginning of November as well.
Now re-considering to get a Reverb instead but Merlin out of them now as well (not planning on paying full whack for one !)
"Now re-considering to get a Reverb instead"
I know what you mean, but I'm waiting because:
1. It's to go on a Giant bike
2. Giant stuff normally just works
3. It's much cheaper
4. The LBS owner was showing me yet another broken Reverb he's returning.
I'm gonna wait. I want the Giant. Riding is limited for me at this time of year so I'm not fussed as long as I get it by March.

Don't forget Quidco cashback too.
Merlin show stock of some?
plus sale price of £193.56 until midnight (but not MMX connector and no bleed kit) - and cos they apparently need bleeding, think I'll wait for another sale and get one with a bleed kit.....
That is a good price - and cheers for the heads up Ian (got your email as well !) - going to have a big think. The blled kit is the same as the Avid brake one as far as I know and i've got one of those.
Not sure quite which way to jump ! 😕
I have an Avid bleed kit too - is it really the same? Syringes are no problem getting, it's the threaded adaptors that are key - if they're the same then that's tempting.... anyone know?
My Contact switch turned up today 🙂
Nice one. I'm hoping for a phone call from my LBS soon.
Yours is also in Tony forgot your number 😆
Got mine today 😀 The pre-order ones are arriving now. The main stocks will be arriving in February sometime.
Finally got mine yesterday from LBS & fitted last night.
Seems OK. Trail testing at the weekend !

So far so good. I altered the switch position to be closer to the left grip and more natural for the thumb. Have zipped the cable along with the rear-shifter cable. There's a little slop in it, not a problem and lets hope it gets no worse.
Another test ride with it today. I'll post back later
Nice one buzz.
I ended up with mine inboard of shifter & brakes else the cable exit intefered with everything. Wasn't so concerned about having to shift my L hand to operate. Tried it upside down as well for better cable routing but operating the lever felt worse.
I also changed the cable outer (& inner) as was going to alter the length and most reviews say cable is poor so replaced with Shimano SP41 outer. A bit fiddly to install the inner through the lever in the post itself.
Thought the saddle clamp bolt hex is rather shallow and needs to be very tight. A fair bit of grease came past the seal on the first 20 operations but seems less now. There is a bit of play from the off but we'll see how it goes.
Also modded the flexi noodle and adjuster as I just didn't like them sticking out. But that's just me 😕 Could put a few photos on Flickr if interested.
I'm not sure if there is any maintenance expected as the instructions don't have any and it doesn't suggest an annual return to service centre or anything. I wonder if there is a way to apply grease by removing the collar? - mine wasn't even on hand tight so I nipped it up.
