Recently got propel with di2 that was built from a frameset - under the bottom bracket the cable guide is still there and there is a hole. Should there be plug of some sort here to keep water out?

I like holes at the bottom of a frame. They let water out, rather than pooling against your BB bearings.

I suppose that is advantage, instead of worrying about water getting in it gives it somewhere for it to go out
