....from where?
I know i need Schwalbe BMX tubes but i would like presta with a removeable core as i don't want to drill my rims out for Schraders.
Anyone out there used Kenda Nevegals 2.1 on DT E540 rims? Success or not?
Any advice much appreciated.
Nick
Use the Schwalbe BMX tubes 20" from CRC they have removeable cores.
I'v just used them on my 719D wheels.
Fleabay - 2 delivered for £7.25 Dans cycle something or other
decathlon, £2 each, but no removable cores 🙁
2 for £2 if you drill your rims out!
you dont need any! 1 layer of gaffer tape and 2 layers of insulating tape and an old valve, you also dont need removable cores just tip the sealant in the tyre and put back on the rim, look here it works
Thanks chaps, just what i wanted. Hope it works!!!
I used tubes with removeable valve cores and they just piss me off something chronic... the sealant makes the "normal" valve screw thread stick, so you try to unscrew it and the whole valve pops out instead; pssssst flat tyre!
I'll use normal tubes next time.
Use schraeder valved tubes
