If I wanted one made where would I get it done? I emailed a cnc machining company yesterday local to me and they said it was more of a fabrication job.

Only ask as I can't find one for my bike with any of the other mech hanger sales company's.

Cheers. Ash

I'd start at betd. That said I'd be surprised if one of the usual suppliers doesn't have one even if they don't list it. There was someone in is real making tbem. Maybe Google will throw something up. Is it a good frame? Getting something custom fabricated May well cost more than a decent 2nd hand frame. Tried these: http://gearmechhanger.com/Pilo-engineering ?

I'd be amazed if one of the current suppliers didn't have one... Have you emailed them with details?

A custom 1off route is going to be chuffing expensive unless you have a mate with a machine.

It's a look 675, the interesting thing is that the one that came on the frame is completely different to the one supplied by look direct, which is completely different to the one listed on gear mech hanger and dérailleur hanger and wheels manufacturing. Betd don't list one from recollection.

Sent the broken one from my Keewee cromo8 to BETD, they said if they didn't have one that would fit(or close with a bit.of filing needed) they would make one for.about £25-£30

My rear wheel used to be a right pain to get out.
Just put a betd hanger on and it now glides in a treat.

It is a CNC job, but most places won't be interested in one off jobs.

Anyway, drop me an email (in profile) as this is the kind of thing I can do.

Have you tried wheels engineering?

It's a bit odd that the Look supplied dropout isn't correct, was the frame from a Look dealer?. Hopefully it's not the case but there was warning of Counterfeit frames last year.
