Afternoon all,

I have bent and rounded the tension screws on my genesis IOID where you guide the chain tension by the rear axel and would like some advice.

Firstly whats the best way to get the screws out as I have rounded the hex point on the screw and slightly bent it.

And secondly where can I buy some more or source better replacements

Many Thanks

Pliers or molegrips to remove.

Replace with m4 machine screws with a bolt head so you can use a little spanner

If they're well and truly stuck try heating them up with a blowlamp to free the rust. The last thing you want to do is shear them off, so take your time.

If you get them out don't bother replacing, just get a chain tug for the drive side.
