So the Latitude has gone :-/
But the High Latitude replaces it! Look's nice, and the 1 x 10 at £1000 is a tempting prospect into the world of 29ers, with the Alfine version surely a really good winter option.
Interesting move's from Genesis, especially leaving the Grapil at 26".
I'm not sure on their pricing though. Seems like they're trying to go a bit upmarket.
Also - why all the SRAM kit. It's a Madison brand and they import Shimano 🙄
Only on the lower specced bikes Druid? Agree though, the Alfine option is a £1700 hardtail at the end of the day, and my personal opinion is they missed a volume sales trick by not having a Grapil under £2k - although Frame only its £50 cheaper than its Cotic rival.
Overpriced on the MTB side, even the road bikes are only really good value at sale prices.
I am tempted to buy a day one alfine 8. will be ideal for commuting and the occasional road ride

The bikes are still made/assembled in the far east are they not? The factory will have Shimano and Sram available OE. Sram is only on the 1x10 bikes I think, which I assume is as there is no off the shelf Shimano single speed mtb chainset (as far as I know).
Can't comment on the MTB's too much but the cross/road bikes seem to be priced around the level you would expect for the components/frames specced.
And Croix De Fer in Black.. Nooooo. And I was hoping they'd move the rear disc mount to between the stays for Rack clearance too. Oh well.
Was planning on getting one later in the year, wonder if they'll let me have a warranty if I get it resprayed.
New Mantle 29er range looks interesting - but no frame only option
