I need to know if I can use an 8 speed front triple shifter, with my 3x10 setup.
I'm currently running 1x10 and love it. But I need to switch to 3x10 for a few upcoming long rides.
I have 10sp SLX triple crankset. 10sp cassette. 10sp deore front derailleur. And an 8sp Alivio front triple shifter.
Will this work? Or will the cable pull be wrong?

I use a double specific 9 speed front mech and shifter on 10 speed double front rings, no issues once it was set up, so Dynasis not important for front mechs AFAIK
