So far i've found the following:

Ventana El Toro, Spot Longboard, Lynskey Ridgeline and Nicolai.
All things of beauty and admirably made by hand in their home countries but because of this they're also on the pricey side!

Anyone know of anything more affordable?

Cheers.

Cut the SS on a steel frame, install belt, then reweld it. You won't need to replace the belt any time soon, right?

Thanks chaps.

Norco a new one on me. 29ers too big as i'm a short arse. Kinda expensive for a basic cro-mo frame as well, don't you think?

The Gates belt and pulley assembly is around £200 complete direct from Nicolai, so not expensive, it's just that the current crop of frames make it seem so plus I was planning to run an IHG which adds to the cost, especially Rohloff.
