I have just updated to the version above and all my data seems to have disappeared (except total miles ridden) and the maps have gone too. Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm currently on version 3.5.3 and had no problems.
I'm guessing that you are running the mac version if you are using 3.1.2 if you are I didn't have any issues, maps window was hidden by default, did you get a converting database message when you first run the software?
AdiranW - yes it is a Mac. I can't remember seeing a converting database message. Assuming there was and I missed it, apart from going back via Time Machine, I assume that's it then.
Just use Connect, TC's utter toss IMO!
I took one look at training centre and thought it pretty diabolical really. As above - garmin connect is far better... it sounds like you might be starting from fresh anyway 🙁
Garmin tech support is actually very good - prob worth trying them - it might just be a case of moving a data folder from one location to another.
I have just had a look at Connect and it does seem much better. I set up an account and it picked up the entire history from my Garmin so nothing lost then. Just a little more room on my HDD when I delete Training Centre.
(I'd never heard of Connect before so thanks for the hint.)
