After washing my bike today, I noticed that the pedals seemed really loose. I checked and they were as tight as tight could be. From googling it seems to be a known problem with them (K Force carbon chainset). They came on a bike I won off ebay a few months back - fairly sure they were fine at the time. My question is, has anyone been able to get Fsa to sort them out without proof of purchase? A few threads in the US suggest they've been pretty good about it - anyone got any experience in the UK?
Yes the UK importer are very very good with this. The pedal inserts on my K Force cranks came loose, they replaced the cranks with a whole new chainset complete with BB. The replacements did the same thing after about a year or so and they were replaced with the latest model carbon crankset and BB. Perfect timing as the 'rings wear aout at about the same rate as the pedal inserts.
