Doing a 30 mile 3000ft bike ride in 2 weeks. Looking to change out my DHF for something a bit faster rolling. The route is 95% forest roads I'm thinking of an Ardent up from with a Minion SS on the rear.
What would be your pick?

For one 30 mile ride? I wouldn't be buying a new tyre, I'd just run what I've got. Maybe a little more pressure but not silly hard either.
