I lost the bolt that holds the cable, a minor niggle, but..
How do I get it to work on a bike with the cable coming from the top?
Sorry, my brain is fried and I can't work it out 🙁

I've always gone straight down to the pinch bolt but it does make the cable come out of the stop at quite an angle.
