Right, the bikes are washed, we have a new double burner stove, nearly every Vertebrae guide, the met office and the great British weather!
We are packing the car (with the bikes, tent etc) tomorrow and dont plan to return for two weeks on a mtb/outdoor road trip (in part inspired by the st article a few months ago). So what have we forgot, where shall we go (in the UK and we are largely going to just go guided by the weather forecast, but most likely options are nort west (we have to do that bit as I have an Ed Oxley course this weekend), Wales, Lakes, Scottish borders), and any advice?
Should be fun for a Friday!
Get somewhere quick and abandon the car - this is the last weekend of th summer holidays, you do not want to be on the road.
Lol - not too worried seeing most schools are back next week and we will be taking a lesuirely trip to the north west tomorrow (only 2.5 hours for us).
I was at least expecting Friday banter like "socks"!
