Just building up a bike with Pro2 and SRAM cassette, freehub is fine and the cassette seats fine.

But when I put it on the bike and tighten the QR, it locks up. Never had this problem before, any ideas?

Have you had the hub apart or had the freehub body off? It could be possible that you've missed out the little spacer between the driveside bearing and the freehub body. Hard to say without more info.

Pull the drive-side end cap off (probably need a vice to clamp it) then pull the freehub body off (it'll come off by hand with a quick twist/tug). The spacer is just a fat washer that sits on the axle between the freehub and the hub bearing.

Sorry to be thick chaps, but this isn't clear on the exploded diagram. But if I pull the freehub off, should the space be visible in front of the bearing that's pressed into the drive side of the hub body?

There's nothing there, the previous owner said he greased the pawls but he thinks nothing is missing...

Yes, it should be. Unless it stuck to the bottom of the freehub as you pulled it off.

There should be a spacer that sits up against the 2 6802 bearings, it's what eables the freehub to interact with the main body.

It's definitely missing then, part No.9?

Hopefully the seller will be able to find it, it sounds like it's dropped out when e greased it...

Thanks again!
