Have you seen the ingredients? It's basically a packet of aspartame.

What finbar said.

I thought I'd put a tab in my bottle this morning at the gym - it tastes like crap!

Annoyingly freebies though when you get a waterbottle with a disk rotor which means it can't get through the letter box and then you have to wait 2 days and go to the sorting office to pick it up....

Maybe freebies are to make up for the shocking new CRC site and performance?

got them for my order than took a week to turn up ??? 😐

put two in my bottle and thought it tasted like shit. Went for a jog and the bicarb just made me feel like i was going to throw up. Stopped drinking halfway through it.

the 40% fat thing is because it has caffiene. If you want that just go buy some off ebay and add it to your drinks or take itb efore hand. You wont notice the horrific taste like those Go tablet things.

I love those zero tabs I always use them.

Breatheeasy I wish my new hope rotors from wiggle had come with a bottle rather than in a plain envelope which the postie proceeded to ram in my letter box and bend both of them

40% less fat than a sports drink after fasting. So basicaly assuming a normal sports drink comtains carbs (maldexterin etc) then no carbs forces a fasting body to metabolise fats..amazing! Just as if you drank plain water or any non sugary drink. I think its a backwards/hype way of saying its a electrolyte tab with no carbs nothing more. Might be wrong but i read the info in the packaging and that was my understanding.

Still got some free with my order today and mondays got a free bottle so ill find a use for both. Bonus:)

That's why it's sat on the mantle piece.
