hi all,
just thought id give this guys a bit of public credit for their customer service. over the past week they have spent several hours giving me really really good advice on which frame to go for. not a sales pitch, just real honest rider input from people who know their stuff. they then matched the best price i could find on the internet and sorted me out with some decent freebie action too.
this is in stark contrast to a couple of other big name stores who just tried to tell me that brands they dont sell are awful and how they couldnt possibly match some dodgy internet price from a shady retailer.
brilliant service, despite them being all the way up in sunny scotland ill be using them wherever possible.
