A couple of stolen threads have reminded me to register my bikes on [url= https://www.bikeregister.com/ ]bikeregister[/url]
However, they both have 2 numbers on the underside? Which one is the frame number?
For example:
X#######
XX####
Where X is a letter and # is a number. Both are stamped on the underside of the BB shell.
Doesn't help that one bike has had lots of rocks/stones hit it in the BB area and pretty much disguised both numbers stamped into it.
I've entered both numbers into the registration, but it would just satisfy my curiosity as to which is a frame number, and which is a batch/manufacturing number. Thanks!
