Just got back from a ride and noticed a small patch of wear (stripe 6mm wide by 3cm long) on the inside of the left leg, and oil all down the lowers. Not been serviced or kept clean in 2.5 years so totally my own fault. They were such good forks I didn't want to touch them and mess them up..!
Is there anything to do now except replace seals and oil and hope for the best?

They'll keep going for a while.
Alternatively, buy mine for £130 on the classifieds! Practically a brand new fork 🙂
