Did the seals and oil on my 36's yesterday, was a lot easier than i thought.
Two tips thought id share.
An old stans red cup just fits the foam rings in so you dont have to waste alot of oil soaking them.
Also as i've no bike stand found an old stem on the steerer and clamp that in a vice helped a lot.
Might help someone. I recomend doing it, was easy and only took an hour with lots of re-reading instructions

Did u use a tool to press the wiper seals in or manage it by hand?
That's the second alternative use of the stans cup.. It just happens its the exact right volume to measure out the cat food our moggy has...

Managed one by hand easily, other was a pain used the socket method suggested by fox
