Is there a general weight ratio guide line as to how much air to put into the shock, I have heard 1lb per lb of bodyweight?? I am 176lbs so would it sound right to put around 180psi into it?

Cheers

as far as I know it differs completely depending on what bike it's on. Just pump it up and sit on the bike check sag. get the pressure right so sag is at 20-40% less for xc more for dh.

Thanks donk, so turn shock to full travel, put on all riding gear and sit on the bike, the O ring should then slide 20% down the shaft of the shock, then its sorted right? The shock is on an orange five btw

take your pump with you first couple of rides and experiment on the same section as to how is best for you. 20-30% is a good start though.
