Everytime I move lockout dial the compression dial moves as well? Can I get new dials 2010 ones (mine are 2008) without sending the forks off to mojo?

Have you tried taking them off & cleaning them? Often find you get grit between the adjusters causing them to turn together

Try cleaning all the dirt out.
