Anyone had experience in returning stuff to Fox Head Europe in the Netherlands.
Things aren’t simple now customs declarations have to be filled. Not as if I’m exporting the item only returning for refund.

Bikester returns to Germany was no problem. They sent me a CN23 declaration form with instructions on how they wanted it filled in - "merchandise return".
