If they're still in warranty period then use Mojo, if not I'd use someone like Loco off here.

Not sure that most LBS are really going to do much more than a basic service which you could do yourself for buttons at home.

IMO depends on the level of expertease at the LBS and the work required. Last time round the shop did my forks and they sent the rear shock to Mojo. By taking my bike to the LBS I just got it back "done"

Mojo are quick & efficient. I'd not hesitate to send my forks there again.

Loco is quick and efficient and great for advice as you can see on the forums.

A basic service on Fox forks ie seals, wipers and oil change is really easy to do - I do all my own forks. Instructions are all on the web (see fox site).
