I understand this is completely sealed and not serviceable at home
Has this caused anyone an issue yet?
How often would it need to be serviced and how much?

i pretty sure it's self serviceable

They said that about the cartridge in the Van 36s back in 2006 when I got them. They now put instructions of the fox website to do it.
