Looks like a good purchase for Fox.

Should we expect marzocchi forks to "need" servicing every month as well now ? Not so sure I am happy to see Fox having such a dominant market position

It could be better for the consumer as Fox can run Marz as mid level to compete with Suntour, x-fusion etc and, possibly, use some of the expertise at Marz to help improve the higher end stuff?
It's better that they've been rescued than left to go under IMO
