Looking at extending the travel on my fox 38 and it seems there are now two versions of the airshafts available.
I think the newer one is called evol and is about £50 more expensive than the standard one.
Has anyone rode them back to back ?
Can I fit the older airshaft into a 2022 fork or will it mess it up??

I don't think you can put the old style air shaft in the newer forks.
Stick a smashpot coil in and it opens up a whole new world of plushness for the 38.

Are you sure. I don't think it's been revised yet and everything post 2016/2018 was Evol.
32, 34 and 36 certainly had pre Evol air shafts.
