[Closed] fox 36 tech information/1.5/1 1/8/E2

Considering a new pair of fox float 36"s,noticed that there is no real difference in weight(20 grams) between the different headset options(1 1/8,1.5,E2),I want them to fit a intence tracer with a 1.5 head tube and want to keep the front end as low as possible,can I go for a E2 steerer with a semi intergrated headset?,is there any difference in the axle to crown height of the E2 and standard 1 1/8 forks?,if there is no difference I might as well get a 1 1/8 pair as they can be had cheaper right now, Any thoughts?
