Anyone manage to get some for under a tenner?!
There's lots of odd prices showing on the sale items. Like £799 for a maxxis tyre. And some absurdly low prices like that one. But they only appear on sold out items.
I spotted a few like that last week - its a 'placeholder' for the out of stock stuff, that presumably also draws attention to them.
Where there are multiple versions/colours, you'll see the in stock ones have a sensible price but the OOS are like that. Of course that means the website can then advertise 'From 9.99'.
I too thought maybe there was a way to beat the system or take advantage of a flaw/mistake, but they are not that daft 😀
Yeah, always remember to use the "In stock only" filter button I reckon!
Almost every black Friday item I looked at over the weekend was out of stock. Something odd going on.

Also a pointless button...
I ordered a bunch of things in the 'black friday' sale that were in stock when I ordered (then out of stock later in the day).
All cancelled 24 hours later.
I mean, they owe me nothing, but it's a really frustrating shopping experience TBH..

I sadly had my order for a £130 Exposure Diablo cancelled, but the rest of my bargains are on their way to me.
Mostly Nukeproof clothing and Stan's sealant.
The last year or two i don't think i've used CRC, they either don't have stock, or just the cheapest anymore, i'm bored of selecting an item that is up for a good price, only to find that it's for a weird size, or they're actually all out of stock, even though it stated this was an in stock item.
They need to sort out their inventory and website to actually match up, and just stop trying to lull people to look at stuff by listing a cheap price, that's for the out of stock item and the instock stuff is full price.

I noticed that too over the weekend. £25 for Renthal carbon Fatbars!?!?!?!?! But none in stock when you click.
Probably gaming internet search engines to climb up the rankings in anticipation for the "real" Black Friday prices, which will be just the same as their regular perpetual sale pricing.
i had a pair of the renthal bars in the basket, then paid for (along with a new crank arm/power meter.
All cancelled.

Incompetence rather than SEO-gaming malice IMO.
£25 for Renthal carbon fatbars was obviously a mistake.
I wonder if the £130 Diablo was as well?
The RRP (900 quid) for a 2019 Fox 34 is more ridiculous than the 'discount price'! It's not even Factory or Stepcast.
Yeah it can't be deliberate. some weird IT glitch? Noone thinks a full bike is selling for £30!
the shockwizz was £30 too, ;0) CRC listing procedures are shocking at present,
the stans nearly a litre for £15 is a good price
If a fork was £8.99 with an RRP of £899.99 and a Maxxis tyre was £799.99....... it sounds like someone has done a price change but everything has been 1 line out in whatever system they use.
Sounds feasible that the fork should be £799.99 which is the price the tyre was etc.
Highly doubt they are trying to do it to improve google rankings when everything is showing as being out of stock!
i dunno...
I think a bunch of carbon bars needing shifting for £26 (i.e £100 off) isn't toooo crazy..

I don’t know the cost price on a Renthal carbon bar but I bet it’s more than £26 and they’ll not be selling at a loss so £100 off is pretty silly!
Spank bars seem to be in stock with some bargains to be had. Not carbon though.
I could do with some new bars, every pair I was interested in was either out of stock, or full price. Usual CRC shit, this is why I stopped using them.

Yup...likely less than cost....
but not unusual if they want to shift gear at a loss to make space..

I missed out on the 34 Performance Step Cast annoyingly, but did managed to secure (for £359 as they were advertised I might add) one of the 34 Performance non-SC forks though @ 120mm... Dunno where Fox/CRC get their weights from though, it's just arrived this morning, bang on 2kg with an uncut steerer! 🤷🏻♂️
Not sure on CRC's warehouse packaging policies though, as I've had a chain come better wrapped and protected and probably in a larger box in the past... This fork came with no protection inside the box (which itself was literally only just large enough for the fork), and the end of the steerer poked out of the box and is now scuffed (albeit it will be trimmed off anyway). At least it was that end rather than the other.
