[Closed] Formula brake - which hose, olive?

I need to lengthen the hose on a Formula The One. Everywhere is out of stock of the correct Formula hose and olives.

Looking at close up pics of Formula's parts it looks like a regular Shimano 5mm hose and olive should work.

Anyone done this?
