I'm after a 140 or 150 mm fork to go with a 2012 Turner 5-spot frame. I mostly ride rooty local singletrack with regular visits to yonder rocks, hills and forests. I've been looking around but cannot decide on a fork.

I've used DT Swiss XMM 140 on my hardtail for a couple of years and I may end up just getting another set. Before doing something so predictable, what else is out there then?

Well, the short service interval puts me off Fox. I want something relatively light which in my mind rules out Marzocchi and Magura just don't float my boat aesthetically. 🙄

Which leads me to Rockshox Revelations. The sheer number of different models over the last 2 years is staggering!I'm just looking for some thoughts or recommendations for a Rev with the following spec:

140/150mm travel
15mm maxle
Tapered steerer
No dual position required
No remote required
Light < 1700g
Budget < £600

...match spec aside the <1700g but I can;t see how you're going to get any Revs below 1700g and still match the rest of the spec 😕

A bit over what you're looking for in weight but a mate has these for sale , genuinely only used for 1 ride as we've been riding DH all last year and no XC.

it's not clear but are those 650B revs? It doesn't specifically say they are but there's a mention of 650B in the description.
