I've just added a spacer to my new 2014 Marzocchi 55 CRs to reduce travel to 150mm

The negative spring and mechanism around were liberally coated in grease, but most of this has come off when fitting the spacer. What sort of grease should I replace this with, please?

RnR superslick is what I use on my RS fork seals etc or I use prep-m on fork intetnals...both seem to do the job

Is there any normal off the shelf grease I can use from local motor factors? The grease already in there smells like it's mineral based.

I use the Stendec stuff, I would avoid prep-m like the plague unless you want the slowest rebounding forks known to mankind!
