Hi all does any one know a good website for giving guide lines on what pressure to run on air forks. Got one fox front fork and one rear and also a headshox on a dale?|

Rear shock pressure is set up by getting the correct sag. This is based on a number of variables such as weight, riding preference and the type of bike you have so its not really something that you can specify. Details of sag measurements and air pressures for fox forks are on the fox website, they have archived information for models going back a few years. For other stuff I have nae idea.
