Taking youngest DBW to FOD on Monday on our way to BPW. This will be the 3rd time we've been and we usually just do the Verderers with a bit of mucking about on the jumps near the beginning (looking at a map - is that actually on the red?) but we're planning on spending a bit longer there this time so what else should we do? We'll do the Verderers again as he loves the last descent but he's capable of more techy stuff. Looking at the map, we could do the Freeminers til it joins back onto the Verderers - is that bit of the red worth it?

Otherwise what are the DH sections like - we did one which was basically like a 6ft wide rollercoaster and a bit crap. Any others worth a go on that are kinda beginners red grade?

The 6ft rollercoaster would be Launch Pad - I wasn't fussed on that when we rode it the other week. The other blue from higher up (Countdown I think) was much more fun.

Red-wise we rode the top of Twisted Sister which might be fine, and Flatlands which is a bit of a step up - some rock and root steps on the top section, and some steepish bits on the lower section.

What kind of trails does he ride at BPW?

(Sure someone who knows the place better than me will be along soon!)

BPW he'll do all the blues no problem and is starting on some of the reds although some of the reds at BPW in my experiance are more black at places like Dalby etc. I was looking at Twisted Sister and didn't realise we'd missed Countdown so I'll give those a go.
