Work on the alternative final blue section of the Verderers trail will begin next week. They are also going to be re building some of the berms where they have eroded and a few other small bits on the rest of the trail. They are going to try and complete this in a week but it does mean that t[b]he final section of the trail will be closed for all of next week. Diversions will be in place and fencing up to inform riders. Its in everyone's interest to try and keep off this section until its complete. [/b]
Hopefully the bridge work should start next week and should be completed at the end of the year, so it will probably be about 3 months work.

Really enjoy the final section of the Verderers- will the new blue run go straight on where currently there's a large berm built into the hill side on the right and the trail drops down to the left?
We're heading over for the first time on the 9th - will most things be open then? Booked an uplift day but planning to ride Verderers first as a warm up!
