Maybe (if i don't get away up North)

But it would mean i have to build up the SS which is in bits, grow a beard and find a remote speck of fitness all in 5 days ๐Ÿ˜

Or just turn up with gears and

to the lot of ye

You'll need mossy for the velvet garden but you need wood for when you make contact with him :-0

Or just turn up with gears

Why bother? You'll just have a bunch of luddites wearing sackcloth and ashes complaining about your geared bike ruining their ride. It would be like taking a combine harvester to an Amish farm and not expecting to be shunned for your ungodly ways.

I think you should come anyway TooTall, so i can have an eye to eye conversation with someone a proper height and also have a quick spin on your Turner so i can compare it to my Salsa. ๐Ÿ™‚

Besides, the funny noises coming from the BB and rear hub on my SS Inbred make me think if there are going to be any mechanical problems on the day, it won't be from the geared bikes......

Nah - just going to take the 180 degree opposition to those who want to be more niche than a niched thing.

I don't have a problem with people bringing geared bikes, as long as they buy me a beer/cake when I catch them shifting.

Attention Whore - I think the name says it all
