They're back at work thinning over at Dowies.
Will see tomorrow what they've started hopefully, if it's what they say, then can't see widespread damage, but you never know!
There’s no stopping them at the moment - they’re ‘thinning’ everywhere.
They have been out in force all week. Mostly to the west of the main Doeys stuff, but they are slowly moving across. They were certainly busy today.
Hey ho, trails will come back
With it being lock down, should you lot be travelling over here ? Regardless of tree felling.

Well it’s all of about 10 minutes ride from my front door to get into Shutcastle, so I reckon that’s ok 🙂

Love to hear the definition of ‘you lot’. And I bet you aren’t following the rules explicitly either....
Haven't ridden there in a couple of years, but Dowies was always a favourite. 😔
The trail builders Will work thier magic and it'll all be great again.
There's so many new trails been built in the last couple of years it'll be worth a visit.
My definition of 'you lot' ? The people who have posted on this thread.
You just want all the wild boar to yourselves, you dirty locals...hahahaha
The car parks are suppose to be open so why not if you live in the same county have to say after the felling around the Bluebell trail the new version they made was better than the first excellent job they did.
