I have a Charge Plug Freestyler which is fantastic to be honest. Simple and tough as old boots. Very nice quality throughout too. Highly recommended.

Just discovered Mango bikes, who have a great website where you can build your own one up from different options. About £300-400 I think..

Depends what you are going to do with it, I'm not sure I'd want to ride any great distance on a flat bar fixed, it's nice to be able to get a bit aero on the drops if faced with a stiff headwind on a fixed ( I commute on a langster with 63" fixed, great bikes, fuji track classics are also good)
