[#9786259]

Got some in the post today.

Now, with my bike kitted out almost to perfection, and a new pair of shoes, I just have to drop the extra weight I have gained over the autumn and Christmas, and I am ready to ride!

My summer bike, that is. I ride all year anyway.

What's the fit like on the fizik shoes? I'm broad across the balls of my foot and have a relatively narrow heel. Haven't had a chance to try any fiziks on around York yet.

They feel like a slipper to me. Obviously I won't be able to give a full run-down until I get to wear them riding, but wearing them in the house suggests they are the lightest and most comfortable shoes I've worn.

My kids say I have 'hobbit feet', insofar as they are not long, but on the wider side of normal (by my reckoning). I expected the Italian fit to assume a narrower fit, but as I say, they feel super comfortable... like a slipper.

I've found fizik to be a bit bigger than Spesh.
