Hi folks struggling to track down the correct direct mount s3 39 tooth bottom pull xo mech...will a shimano e2 do the same job? Cheers folks

I've switched between SLX and X0 FDs for 2x10 no problem. The 'shift ratio' is near identical for both make's of shifter.
Any other SRAM S3 FD should be fine too. I’ve run XT E2 FDs in a SRAM 2x drivetrain for years without issue.
A Shimano E fit isn't the same. I've got a spare SRAM one.. X9 maybe? I'll dig it out. I swapped to an X0 on my Banshee thinking I'd save weight.. Ended up as about 3g in end.. Do'h!
Edit.. Not reading other posts properly.. E2 isn't the same as E fit?
E2 isn’t the same as S3 or E... it’s a two bolt ‘low Direct mount’. Apologies if I confused anyone thinking I’d said it was, I intended to mean that it was compatible with the system and by extension other Shimano 2x mechs would be, not that it would fit the OP’s bike...
