Ages ago i purchased some 5 10 SPD downhill shoes, i decided i dont like SPDs so is there a filler i can put in the shoe to blanks out the SPD hole and make them flats?

Ours came with the blanks in the box. If you don't have them you may still be able to get some. Their head office is just outside Rotherham near the RSPB site. They are usually quite helpful

Wouldn't they be too stiff to run as flats? I have the Kestral lace SPD's and they're very stiff.
