What do I need to fit a hope v2 rear brake to a 2011 spesh pitch? (183 rear)

A hope v2 rear brake and a 2011 spesh pitch for a start.

Assuming it's post mount and the v2 caliper is 160mm spacing as standard then a 160/183 post mount adaptor. If it's more complicated than that then dunno guv.
