How loose should the preload be on the non drive side crank arm? is there a torque setting or is it just "finger tight"?

use the little sombrero-shaped tool and tighten it as tight as you can with your fingers. ( ~5nM ?)

get a durace metal one looks nicer, yours come loose on your 22mile ride, go careful on the allen bolts as easy to strip theads

It is fitted as per hope video teeeeeray and i used my torque wrench (backed off when finished - yes :))

always back it off you will damage the spring
