very nice, handy for drying clothes too, stick a pair of socks on those H-bars at the start of the commute and they'd be dry by the time you get there!
really happy with the way it's all come together, went for a theme of 'shiny' in case you can't tell 😉 Had a set of XT cranks and a Singular 69'er fork professionally polished (I think they've come up a treat, yes?) and sourced a set of Formula Biancos for their nickel plated goodness (though the keen eyed will notice that one lever is a K24... had a bit of a mishap today setting up the brakes, need to send it off to Propel to try and sort 😳 )
Test ride was a gentle pootle along the canal, steering is actually pretty good, H-bars are going to take a bit to get used to though... first offroad will be this weekend at the STW Surrey Hills ride, hopefully all goes well!
Me likey. How does it ride? I like the blinged up XT cranks 😀
I think you can have some extra points for the Adnams bottle top! 😀
This pic gives a better idea of the 69'er look... though it's a bit distorted by the camera... it doesn't look that 'extreme' in the flesh!
How does it ride?
Quite well, which is good! I had no idea how this would turn out, so it's nice to find out it works 8) Though, I'm finding it quite easy to loft the front wheel/pop a wheelie, so I'm not sure how it's going to climb... we shall see this weekend I guess!

Cheers 🙂 It's now sporting a lovely 'Bee' bottlecap off a pint of 'Brakspear Oxford Gold', a rather tasty brew that I'm enjoying right now, I might add 8)
