I am heading off to an asian supermarket to make
the energy bar thing which looks like a rice crispy cake), from Feedzone Portables.

Recipe calls for sweet rice flour, I can't remember the name of the stuff though!

I think it begins with M anyone able to help me out?

ask them in the shop - i would just add dessicated coconut to make sweet rice flour for a cake type thing personally

Can't remember the name of the recipie, it was the rice was the only bit I did not have!
