Drovers in HAy on Wye had one a while back. Might be worth dropping them a line?

Yeah, possibly Drovers, but also a bike shop in Porthcawl hires fat bikes for the dunes and beaches around Merthyr Mawr area. Bikes at the latter may not be too high-end. Worth a try though.

Would need two. My mate has been inspired by pics of wild exploration and big trotting on moors etc.
