Alexander's a good guy, ridden with him before the TNR and Roam Scotland Rally. He's come over for the RSR and had his bike stolen.

Stolen from the campsite at Mortonhall. That's really shit. Normally, I feel pretty safe leaving my bike lying around outside my tent (when I'm in it) but I might think twice about one in a city. (not that I'm victim blaming - bloody scrotes!!)
Mortonhall isn't really in the city, pretty much a field away from the bypass, but not far from some less affluent areas.
Yeah, I know exactly where Mortonhall campsite is. I lived in Edinburgh for 52 years 😉
As you say, not far from some "less desirable" areas.
More highlighting it being within walking distance of the kinda place scrotes live amongst decent people. I say that having lived in mortonhall and spending the first few months of my life over the road in the estate.
