As above really, probably the only chance I'll get to "walk" along the line of racing cars they have on display and the trophy cabinet is worth a look.

Just search for Mclaren Technology Centre then go street view on it and you're in ๐Ÿ™‚

Wonder if Ferrari will follow soon?

Does the street view display go noticeably slower than normal?

Howie1. Can you do me a favour.
Tell the people driving the expensive Mercedes there to use indicators, and not try to do 70mph on the entrance roundabout.
Cheers.

Went to a recent mult-industry at the centre. I'm not a huge car fan to be honest but I spent a fine evening discussing Mark Cavendish's bike with the designer. It's the last exhibit past all the cars.

Howie

Organise a stw walk around... I'm sure we are potential customers....

An old neighbour of mine is drivetrain engineer (on mp4) but the last time I had him out on the bike he managed to break a rib. I think we put him off for life

Brother is a manager on P1 line. Didn't think you could do visits outside F1 season for friends and family.

Thanks, I'd love to Ian but I currently live 10,000 miles away! Perhaps when I'm next in the country 8) I'll remember this thread and get back to you...
