CRC have delivered my new crankset and they havent come with fitting instructions, so I took a look at shimano.com and found the instructions for this set. However, they refer to the 3 spacers as being different sizes, the 3 I have are all the same thickness. Its to go on a SS Scandal (68mm BB) so am I right in thinking that I need all 3 spacers for the BB? and does it make a difference (other than chain line) which side has 2 spacers.

spacers are all 2.5mm
