I have been used it a little less here so just kinda catching up with the biggest thread, but how come that the British federation send piss poor athlete to race (tdf UCI wolrd cup dh), when they could save money and just send smee and mister gnar?

We can't have Smee he's Scottish and we have too many Scottish sportsman representing us as it is.
