have noticed many many single cyclerables riding around Exeter, mainly on the estuary path (mainly because that's where i ride of an evening)
Anyone here a singleton (on the bike i mean) in Exeter fancy joining a distance light/beer heavy ride of an autumn evening? either path or mud based.
spotted a rather mucky dialled alpine this morning, with big chunky 36s on, a single speed convertor, and some touring tyres. very peculiar :s
have also spotted a nice green summer season in the past.
There's plenty of us about, I think the bike shed do rides as well in the evenings. There's stuff that goes on at Haldon too.

i've a fancy that i know the owner of that very frankenbike and if it is who i think it is, i can confirm that he is every bit as bizzare as his velocopede suggests ๐ฏ

Jeez that sounds horrendous.... I'd just about stretch to a singlespeed Dialled PA with 32's and touring tyres but an Alpine, never!

i think he may have thought i was checking him out ๐ณ but was just trying t see if was an Alpine or a PA.
Car was brimming with Patriot though, so should have got away with it ๐
If the owner of that Alpine at Exeter Uni is who I think it is, he is a shit hot rider (as is his younger brother).
